Gennima Psychis White
Hadriani – Geographical area of Drama, north-east Macedonia. 2 hectares of privately owned linear vineyard plots
at an altitude of 200-300 meters. Clay soil with good drainage due to the presence of small limestones. Yield per hectare 800-900 kg per hectare.
The harvest is nocturnal, aiming for the grapes to arrive at the winery cool and not hot, as in the daytime harvest. Thus, much faster and without thermal shock, they are cooled for pre-fermentative cryoextraction.

Aromas of citrus, melon, exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) in a surprising combination. Rich in the mouth with a very balanced acidity with aromatic potential and cool aftertaste.
