Our History...
MANOLESAKIS ESTATE of the Manolesaki family has been active in viticulture & winemaking since 1989, a pivotal period that coincides with the beginning of the vineyard of the Hadrian area in Drama, with the cosmopolitan French varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Syrah.

George Manolesakis is one of the first to revive viticulture in this historic area, who, with the help of his son Stavros Manolesakis, is personally involved in all the work of growing the vines and producing the estate’s wines.

Vineyard
The wider region of Hadrian is morphologically very homogenous. The exposure of the vineyard is northwest and the climate is semi-continental i.e. it is between the Mediterranean and the continental climate.
