According to the consumer protection law (L. 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Inside the packaging of the returned (for any reason) product, there must be a Change / Return Form completed with all the necessary information.
If it is not possible to print this form, you can write the return information on a simple sticky note and enclose it in the return package.

You can return the products you bought in the following cases:
- If proven wrong products were sold by manolesakis.gr.
In this case you must contact us by phone at 25210 82010 (Tuesday – Friday and hours 11:00 – 15:00) or by email at info@manolesakis.gr to request its change. After we have contacted you, you will call the courier company through which you received your order so that it can come to your place whenever you wish and deliver the product in its original packaging to the company employee to bring it to us. After the product is delivered to us, the next day we will send you the correct one, of course free of charge.
In this case, delivery and collection costs are borne exclusively by manolesakis.gr (as long as the product is returned by ACS or General Postal Courier).
- In case the product is defective.
We make every effort to check our products before shipping to avoid such situations. Nevertheless, in the rare event that a product you purchased turns out to be defective, you must contact us by phone at 25210 82010 (Tuesday – Friday and hours 11:00 – 15:00) or by email at info@manolesakis.gr to request its change. After we have contacted you, you will call the courier company through which you received your order so that it can come to your place whenever you wish and deliver the product in its original packaging to the company employee to bring it to us and examine any problem* .
Since this control cannot be done by us, the product will be sent for control to the supplier’s technical department. In this case, the time required to check the respective product depends exclusively on the technical department. Our company bears no responsibility for any delay in the control process.

And in this case, the delivery and collection costs are borne exclusively by manolesakis.gr (as long as the product is returned by ACS or General Postal Courier).
*If it is found that the product you sent us is not defective, it will be sent back charging you 8€ (cost of transport delivery – collection). Products that show damage due to use and wear are not considered defective.
- In case you changed your mind about your purchase.
If you change your mind about purchasing one of our products, you can contact us within 14 calendar days by phone at 25210 82010 (Wednesday – Friday and hours 11:00 – 15:00) or by email at info@manolesakis.gr for request its return. You can choose another product from our online store of (a) equal value, (b) less (the difference will be credited to your name for your next purchase) or (c) greater value (you will be charged the difference).
Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened.
There is also the possibility of returning your money, which is done through a bank. In this case, the shipping costs (delivery – collection) will be deducted from the total refund amount, which amount to €8.
It is clarified that since the account does not belong to one of the banks we cooperate with (Alpha Bank, Piraeus, Eurobank) the customer is charged with any bank charges incurred during the refund.
Refunds are only given if the product is in its original condition (unused), the product packaging has not been damaged or destroyed, soiled or altered, or is in any other condition than its original condition. So you send us the product, and after we receive it and check it, we refund you to the account you will give us within 14 working days.
In this case, the shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
*** In case you have chosen Credit/Debit card as payment method and the product you selected is not in stock in our warehouse, the payment/transaction will be canceled and the money will be returned to your account.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Pack the product, without missing any of its components, in a larger box to avoid any damage during transport.
- Inside the package, there must be a Change / Return Form filled in with all the necessary information. If it is not possible to print this form, you can write the return information on a simple sticky note and enclose it in the return package.
Attention: Return/exchange parcels that do not contain the Change/Return Form or the plain paper with the necessary information will NOT be checked.
