EXIS White Dry
Hadriani – Geographical area of Drama, north-east Macedonia. 3.5 hectares of privately owned linear vineyard plots at an altitude of 200-300 meters. Clay soil with good drainage due to the presence of small limestones. Yield per hectare 800-900 kg per hectare.
The harvest is nocturnal, aiming for the grapes to arrive at the winery cool and not hot, as in the daytime harvest. Thus, much faster and without thermal shock, they are cooled for pre-fermentative cryoextraction.
EXIS White Dry
Color bright yellow-green, dynamic aromatic fruit character with hints of orange blossom. Dominant aromas of fruits such as melon, peach, orange, pineapple and apricot. Mouth with volume, oiliness and satisfactory acidity. Excellent flavor balance with a long aftertaste.

Salads, risotto or pasta with seafood, grilled fish and chicken with white sauces, grilled venison, vegetable pies, fruit and yellow cheeses. Served at 8-10°C.
