Gennima Psychis Red
The vineyard is located in Adriani – Geographical area of Drama, north-east Macedonia, and extends over 2.5 hectares of privately owned, linearly planted vineyard plots at an altitude of 200-300 meters, with a yield of 8,000–9,000 kg per hectare.
Harvesting is carried out at night, allowing the grapes to reach the winery at a lower temperature. This enables rapid and gentle cooling, without thermal shock, and prepares the grapes for pre-fermentation cold maceration.
Gennima Psychis Red
Deep purple color, with aromas of gooseberry, wild cherry and plum. Exuberant taste, balanced acidity with aromas of butter and vanilla.

Red and white meats with red sauces, such as chicken with prunes and potatoes, or veal in the pot with red sauce. Hard cheeses such as cheddar and cephalograviera. Served at 16-18°C.
