Exis Red Dry
The vineyard is located in Adriani – Geographical area of Drama, north-east Macedonia, and extends over 1.5 hectares of privately owned, linearly planted vineyard plots at an altitude of 200-300 meters, with a yield of 8,000–9,000 kg per hectare.
Harvesting is carried out at night, allowing the grapes to reach the winery at a lower temperature. This enables rapid and gentle cooling, without thermal shock, and prepares the grapes for pre-fermentation cold maceration.
Exis Red Dry
Ruby color of medium intensity, with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and plum. Pleasant taste, soft and balanced with a strong sense of freshness, good acidity, mild tannins and an elegant aftertaste.
