Exis Red Dry
Hadriani – Geographical area of Drama, north-east Macedonia. 2 hectares of privately owned linear vineyard plots
at an altitude of 200-300 meters. Clay soil with good drainage due to the presence of small limestones. Yield per hectare 800-900 kg per hectare.
The harvest is nocturnal, aiming for the grapes to arrive at the winery cool and not hot, as in the daytime harvest. Thus, much faster and without thermal shock, they are cooled for pre-fermentative cryoextraction.

Ruby color of medium intensity, with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and plum. Pleasant taste, soft and balanced with a strong sense of freshness, good acidity, mild tannins and an elegant aftertaste.
